My client is a boutique property house based in the Solihull area. A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Coordinator and Office Assistant to join their team.

This role is working within a small close-knit team so the role requires a real team player who is prepared to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in as this role is not only all-encompassing it also forms the heart of the business so this person will be of real “value add”.

A key part of the role will be the key point of contact for clients where you will be handling all snapping issues post-completion. You will be speaking to clients and liaising with suppliers and contractors to work towards a solution quickly and efficiently. This business works to a very high standard and ensures every client has a product that is delivered at the highest quality so a resolution of issues is very important to them.

In addition to the above, you will be organising planning consultations including liaising with the council and local community groups. On the operational side, you will manage the company fleets and telecoms, and general office suppliers. You will also update the company website and undertake some additional PA duties for the Managing Director.

This role is ideal for anyone who really thrives on providing high levels of customer service but also wants a broader role where they can on more responsibility. Applicants will have a good mix of office administration and customer/client care experience. You will be upbeat and friendly with a sunny persona and enjoy building relationships.
