Are you an experienced recruitment resourcer who is looking for a new challenge? Katie Bard is currently recruiting for an in house position, working within one of the most prestigious businesses in Birmingham city centre!

This is a permanent position, paying a competitive salary of £30,000.

You will be working as part of the internal recruitment team who are manage a large portfolio of roles within the UK and internationally. You will be responsible for sourcing and engaging with the top candidates locally, nationally, and internationally. You will need to draw upon your experience and knowledge of candidate attraction methods and ideally draw on experience from a contingent and search and selection background to work alongside a variety of teams within the organisation to provide intelligent, business ready, recruitment solutions. You will be sourcing candidates for fee earning and non fee earning roles through advertisements, social media, global campaigns, as well as business networks. Managing internal stakeholders through the shortlisting, interview and offer stages and with input into the on-boarding and global mobility processes.

If you are an experienced agency side recruiter who is looking to develop your career in internal recruitment, this could be your opportunity! You will need to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate recruitment, and be professional, articulate and willing to learn.
