PA to Director for fantastic Leading Organisation (ID:2612)
We are currently recruiting for a forward thinking, proactive PA to support a Director for a fantastic leading organisation. This is a temporary role, and will be working from home, with all necessary equipment provided. The role will be perfect for a candidate with PA experience who is also able to assist with business support, and has excellent interpersonal skills, including diplomacy and confidentiality.
Duties will include:
Facilitation of meetings and events including preparing materials, taking & distributing notes, and coordinating attendee’s availability.
Day to day support and coordination of leadership team’s daily activities, including complex diary and inbox management
Assist with data controller responsibilities, including the use of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams ProjectWise and others
Coordinating local and international travel for team members in line with Travel and Expenses Policy
Assisting with new starter set up, including ICT requirements and staff access
Procurement activities including purchase orders and invoices, following company processes
Document management, such as collating, printing, binding and filing & archiving. Maintaining corporate data protection and data security procedure
This is a great opportunity for someone with great time management and IT skills, and the ability to work on your own initiative and create strong working relationships both internally and externally. Experience with managing board meetings, complex diary & inbox management, and providing business support are required.
This is a temporary role, initially until the end of March. It will be remote working with equipment provided
