L&D Support Advisor for Progressive Global Law Firm (ID:2598)
We are currently recruiting for a proactive, ambitious L&D Support advisor to join the international HR team for a forward-thinking global law firm, based in their Birmingham office. The role will be remote working initially, with all necessary IT equipment provided. This is the ideal role for someone with previous experience with L&D administration who is keen to join a progressive firm where you will have responsibility for learning and get involved across all parts of the HR side of the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
Responsibility for all learning within the company, providing a comprehensive service with the ability to manage relationships and expectations.
Hosting virtual learning that is available company-wide, including running break out rooms and monitoring chats within virtual training
Answering queries and providing support for e-learning
Liaising with tutors and course owners about availability to arrange courses, and any required course sign offs and testing
Meeting with wider L&D team to keep them updated on progress
Administration of courses such as sending invites, monitoring acceptances, and inputting courses onto the Learning system
The role requires somebody who has great attention to detail, with the ability to manage their time well and prioritise, in order to maintain a high standard when dealing with large volumes of work. You will always have the employee’s experience as a top priority, and be proactive and adaptable, with experience in a fast paced, customer facing role and great communicative and administrative skills. Experience of L&D administration is required, and experience within a busy HR team or a fast paced customer service role is desirable but not essential.
