An amazing global law firm is looking for a Resourcer to join the team in their Birmingham offices. This is a great opportunity for someone with recruitment experience, either in house or agency, to take their skills to a progressive firm and play a key role within a small, collaborative recruitment team.

Responsibilities will include:

Working with the Recruitment Consultants to plan and execute recruitment campaigns

Attracting new candidates through sourcing, marketing initiatives, and candidate relationship management

Tracking and reporting data and analytics of candidate sourcing

Using platforms such as Linkedin Recruiter and Legal Monitor to create and maintain candidate relationships

Presenting market maps for specific projects by proactively finding CVs

Being the first point of contact for all candidates

This is the ideal role for a forward thinking, team player with a can-do attitude! The successful candidate will have great time management skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, and communicate effectively at all levels. You will have experience with stakeholder management, and preferably recruitment experience with within the legal or financial sectors
