Billing Assistant for Fantastic Global Law Firm (ID:2561)
A fantastic
international law firm is looking for a Billing Administration Assistant to
join the team on a 12 Month FTC in their Birmingham office, with remote working as a possibility.
This is a great opportunity for a team player with the ability to work to a
deadline while maintaining accuracy, to join a truly global law firm with
responsibilities including:
Being the
first point of contact for clients, dealing with their queries as required
Liaising
daily with Accounts Payable and Cashiers and Collections departments
Ensuring
time sheets are submitted, and checking and amending time entries
Assisting
with E billing for clients
Checking all
draft billing proformas for accuracy and completeness
Using
Financial Management software to manage invoices
The
successful candidate will be enthusiastic to take on a new role, with strong
attention to detail, great communications skills, be professional and punctual.
You will be able to manage a busy workload while working to deadlines, have
strong IT skills including Word and Excel, and experience with Elite or a
similar system is preferable but not essential. Relevant experience in a
finance role is required, preferably within billing or accountancy.
