This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting a wide variety of people on a busy reception desk and supporting a team.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting clients in a warm, professional manner
  • Answering a busy switchboard – good problem solving skills are essential as you’ll talk to clients and try to help with their queries or direct them to the right person
  • Managing room bookings and ensuring rooms are tidy and ready for meetings
  • Managing email enquiries
  • Supporting the team with administration, typing reports, filing, scanning and generally be a go to person in the business

You’ll need a keen interest in the company to understand what they do and how they work so you can advise customers and assist the team as well as being well presented and calm under pressure. Ideally you’ll have experience of both reception and administration and have good PC skills.

The role is initially a 12-month fixed term contract however for the right person there may be opportunities to stay in the company on a permanent basis.
