This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience as a Practice Support Manager within the legal sector, or a strong background in professional services management who is ready to take the next step.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing a motivated team, using coaching and performance management to help individuals thrive
- Creating an inclusive, supportive culture where people feel engaged, valued, and empowered to succeed
- Delivering a seamless onboarding experience that sets new starters up for long-term success
- Managing team capacity and workflow to ensure a consistently high standard of service delivery
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to align support functions with strategic business needs

- Overseeing recruitment and shaping a strong, future-focused team structure
- Tracking performance and using insight to drive standards and accountability

Skills and experience required:
- Management experience in a legal or professional services environment.
- Ability to lead teams, manage change, and handle competing priorities in a legal or professional environment.
