Katie Bard is partnering with a highly respected, innovative, and fast-growing tech solutions company based in the vibrant heart of Birmingham City Centre. This exciting opportunity offers a full-time, permanent position on a 15-month FTC, with a flexible hybrid working model (2 days in the office) and a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum.

The company is seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and personable individual to play a pivotal role in driving member engagement, strengthening relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about events, community building, and delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the seamless planning and coordination of high-profile corporate events, engaging client functions, and innovative internal initiatives
  • Assisting with creative and impactful marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social media platforms
  • Coordinating all event logistics, including venue sourcing, supplier management, invitations, and attendee coordination to ensure flawless delivery
  • Travelling to events when required to provide on-site support and ensure a professional and memorable experience
  • Creating and updating visually engaging marketing collateral, polished presentations, and branded materials
  • Supporting dynamic website and social media content updates to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement
  • Liaising confidently with external agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain strong professional relationships
  • Monitoring campaign performance and maintaining accurate marketing databases and reporting systems
  • Providing proactive administrative and project support to the wider marketing team in a fast-paced environment
Applicants must have:
  • Previous experience within marketing, events, communications, or a busy and fast-paced administrative role
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A genuine interest in technology, innovation, or digital environments would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and enthusiastic approach
