An exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly organised Events & Marketing Co-ordinator to join the business on a full-time, 15-month fixed-term contract, offering hybrid working (2 days in the office) and a salary of £28,000.

Key responsibilities:
  • Planning and coordinating a variety of events, including networking evenings, educational workshops, internal events, and social gatherings.
  • Overseeing end-to-end event logistics, including venue sourcing, scheduling, supplier coordination, and on-the-day delivery.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for members, building strong relationships and understanding their individual needs and interests.
  • Supporting and coordinating member-led initiatives, interest groups, and community-focused events.
  • Analysing membership and event performance data, producing reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing and internal stakeholders to align campaigns, events, and engagement activities.
