An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to join a prestigious international law firm, based in their impressive Nottingham offices.

This fast-paced and varied role sits within the Property team and requires outstanding attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing complex diaries, coordinating high-level meetings, and ensuring seamless communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Preparing for executive meetings, including booking venues, arranging catering, and producing high-quality agendas, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Assisting with executive reporting, ensuring all deadlines are met with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Delivering first-class secretarial support, including handling confidential documentation with discretion.
  • Responding to ad hoc requests from the Executive Team with efficiency, flexibility, and a positive, can-do approach.
About you:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within a professional services, legal, or financial environment.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, polished approach.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.
