Personal Assistant for a leading finance house!

An exciting opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic Personal Assistant to join a talented and passionate team.

Our international client, a leading finance house, is actively seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high-level support, with excellent benefits in their modern, glossy city centre office.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating internal and external client meetings ensuring facilities are booked accordingly
  • Diary and inbox management
  • Assisting Executives with the organisation of meetings including preparation of agendas
  • Arranging travel bookings for both national and international travel
  • Accurate use of their financial management system and internal document management system
  • Preparing quarterly valuation reports and monthly portfolio templates, ensuring all materials are produced, bound, and distributed to a high standard
  • Providing flexible support to the executive and PA team as needed
  • Providing administrative support, including processing expenses and invoices

This role is varied, and the applicant must have great communication and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, reliability and very good time management skills.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in a PA role, secretary or similar environment .
