This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role at a truly pivotal moment of transformation. If you thrive on leading from the front, inspiring high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional employee experiences, this position offers the chance to make a real and lasting impact.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of a team of 3–5 HR Administrators, playing a key role in shaping and delivering a seamless, compliant, and engaging onboarding journey for every new starter.

Sitting at the heart of HR Shared Services, you’ll champion operational excellence, elevate service delivery, and continuously look for smarter, more efficient ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop your team, fostering a high-performance, supportive, and compliance-led culture.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring every stage is efficient, accurate, and delivers a first-class introduction to the organisation.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for onboarding and compliance across HR Shared Services.
  • Manage workflow through the ticketing system, ensuring priorities are met and all compliance requirements are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Analyse data and produce meaningful insights to identify trends, drive improvements, and enhance team performance.
  • Play a key role in HR transformation initiatives, supporting change, strengthening governance, and reducing operational risk.
About You
  • Proven experience leading teams within an HR Shared Services or onboarding environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and compliance frameworks, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.
  • A detail-driven, highly organised approach with a natural focus on process improvement.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding operational service while maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.
