This is a fantastic opportunity to join the International HR Operations team within a highly respected global organisation. As a People and Culture Advisor, you will play an integral role in delivering a professional, commercially focused HR service, contributing to the effective management of the employee lifecycle and broader people strategy.

Working in close partnership with the HR Business Partner and Employee Relations teams, you will provide timely, pragmatic, and policy-aligned advice across a wide range of people matters. You will ensure consistent application of best practice, employment legislation, and organisational standards, while supporting leaders to achieve balanced, compliant, and business-focused outcomes.

This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract offering a competitive benefits package and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, high-performing environment. The role operates within a hybrid working model, with two days per week working from home.

The Role
  • Provide expert, technically sound advice across a broad range of employee relations matters, including probation, absence management, disciplinary and dismissal processes, and flexible or lifestyle-related requests.
  • Take full ownership of employee and manager queries, managing cases end-to-end and delivering a consistently high standard of service.
  • Set and manage expectations through clear, professional, and timely communication, ensuring a positive stakeholder experience.
  • Work collaboratively with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams, offering support and expertise where required to achieve shared objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency, consistency, and best practice.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in an HR advisory role, with strong generalist expertise and a proven track record in managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Confident, articulate communicator with the ability to influence, challenge constructively, and build credible working relationships at all levels.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical and process-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Customer-focused and technically proficient, with strong working knowledge of HR systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office applications.
