Legal PA | Banking and Finance
An award-winning, international law firm is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking PA to join its friendly and high-performing Banking & Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, detail-driven professional to make a real impact within a progressive, inclusive, and genuinely flexible working environment.
As a trusted point of contact for fee earners, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping the team running seamlessly. You’ll deliver high-level administrative and organisational support to a diverse group of stakeholders, helping to drive exceptional client service and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The Role
- Deliver seamless, proactive administrative support, including complex diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Take ownership of stakeholder requests, confidently delegating and following up across multiple teams through clear communication and regular collaboration.
- Support financial administration, including billing processes and expense management.
- Manage documents and records with precision, maintaining electronic filing systems, accurate records, and detailed expense tracking.
- Act as a key liaison for internal and external contacts, consistently delivering outstanding client service.
- Prepare confidential legal documents, correspondence, and presentations to a high standard, supporting efficient workflow management.
- Work collaboratively across the wider business, using initiative to contribute to events, marketing activity, and process or business improvements.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a PA within a legal or comparable professional services environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels.
- Exceptional organisational ability, with a talent for managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
- Adaptability, resilience, and confidence in a dynamic environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, and Copilot.
