An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Legal PA to join a progressive, forward-thinking law firm with a strong international presence. This role offers the chance to work at the heart of a dynamic legal team, providing high-level support in a fast-paced professional services environment with genuine global exposure.

As the key point of contact for a group of fee earners, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping complex workflows running seamlessly, supporting sensitive client matters and contributing to the wider success of the team.

The role
  • Act as a professional and culturally aware first point of contact, handling client enquiries, calls and communications.
  • Proactively manage diaries, travel, itineraries and international meetings, including agendas and logistics.
  • Support the preparation of pitch documents, presentations and tender submissions for international work.
  • Assist with organising internal and external events, training sessions and client briefings.
  • Monitor team inboxes, draft responses and manage correspondence efficiently.
  • Provide flexible, cross-team support and help balance workloads during busy periods.
  • Support billing processes and prepare accurate invoices for international matters.
  • Manage expenses, payments and associated financial administration.
  • Ensure full compliance with information security, data protection and regulatory standards.
About you
  • Proven experience as a Legal PA/Legal Secretary or PA within a professional services environment.
  • Experience in real estate, property and/or dispute resolution would be advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise a varied and demanding workload.
  • A proactive, positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Confident, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
