Exciting opportunity to join a leading tech firm as a Billing and Client Accounts Executive

• Partner with clients to optimise invoice processing, accelerate payments, and strengthen relationships while continuously improving financial workflows.
  
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve enquiries across multiple channels, delivering fast, accurate, time-critical solutions.
  • Build strong product and process expertise to support clients, suppliers, and operational workflows.
  • Streamline operations, onboard suppliers, and process invoices, adjustments, and rebates with accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with clients and suppliers to drive growth, prioritise payments, and maintain quality standards.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders, providing concise updates and effective reporting.
  • Bring strong customer service skills, high attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • You will have excellent strong customer service skills, attention to detail and reporting ability.
