Remote working role!! £16.50 p/hr - General Insurance Complaints Expert (ID:2342)
This role is working for a national, industry leading business in their specialist complaints team. You will be working alongside a highly skilled team of professionals dealing with escalated customer claims and complaints in all areas of the business but particularly those from life services. You will need a strong general insurance claims knowledge as well as specific experience with complaints investigation working to FSA/ FOS guidelines though knowledge of life products can be trained.
This busy, professional and productive team work on the investigation of complaints to bring them to a conclusion – from investigation to the final written correspondence. You will also work with the wider business on root cause analysis and assess trends to improve internal systems and process in line with regulatory requirements and within the spirit of the company who consistently win awards for their high quality customer care.
