International professional services client based in the heart of Nottingham, have an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute PA to hit the ground running supporting directors within a fast-paced team.

This role would be on a permanent, hybrid basis offering up £32!

This exceptionally varied and busy role will entail being a right- hand person to a team of entrepreneurial directors.

The duties for this role would include:
• Becoming an active part within the care of clients and contacts, and dealing with ambassadorial duties for the team, with regard to clients.
• Organising high level, and varied client events.
• Creating high level documents and occasionally proof-reading work to ensure exceptional formatting and accuracy.
• Both taking and receiving informative calls with clients.
• Liaising with other internal teams to support the scheduling of meetings, interviews and client training.
• Efficiently opening and closing files.
• Monitoring key developments for clients and ensuring compliance procedures are up to date
• Managing complex diaries and associated travel/accommodation.
• Collaborating with internal teams across the business, building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate would need previous PA experience within professional services and advanced experience working with Microsoft Office programmes.
