An exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join a glossy corporate finance firm in Birmingham!

As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the office while delivering exceptional administrative and organisational support to the team.

Key responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and room bookings, greeting clients and visitors, and assisting with financial and compliance tasks such as invoicing and expense management. This is a varied and hands-on exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised individual!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring schedules, meetings, and room bookings are efficiently managed
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and visitors, delivering a polished and welcoming front-of-house experience
  • Support financial and compliance processes, including preparing invoices, tracking expenses, and maintaining accurate records
  • Organize travel logistics, coordinate internal meetings, and assist with planning and execution of team events
  • Prepare and refine documents, reports, and presentations to a high professional standard
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and building management to ensure a well-functioning office environment
  • Provide administrative support across HR functions, including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with training initiatives
Key Skills:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
  • Professional, approachable demeanour with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and perform effectively under pressure
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
