Full time, permanent role, Birmingham City Centre with a salary offering between 36 to 40k dependant on experience

Responsibilities:

As the HR Support Team Leader, you’ll take ownership of critical HR administrative processes and oversee a team of HR Administrators. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of services, working collaboratively with colleagues across the HR team.

- Line manages a team of HR Administrators

- Provide coaching, support, and performance feedback

- Monitor the internal HR system and ensure timely resolution of high-priority queries

- Oversee quality assurance through real-time data checks and constructive feedback

- Ensure all onboarding processes for all employees are delivered smoothly and efficiently

- Produce weekly reports to support the wider HR Management Team

- Collaborate with other HR Team Managers

- Handle escalated issues and respond to queries promptly and professionally

Experience:

For this role we are looking for previous experience working within HR ideally at advisor level and have previous line management experience.
