About the Role:
Our client are seeking an organised, client-focused Workspace Coordinator with a passion for hospitality, events, and community. You will be the first point of contact for clients and members, ensuring an exceptional experience whether hosting meetings, managing conference events, or supporting coworking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests, provide tours of the facility, and respond to client queries
- Coordinate bookings for meeting rooms, events and coworking space
- Set up rooms and AV equipment for client needs
- Support event planning and on-the-day logistics
- Facilities and coordinating contractors
- Oversee coworking services: memberships, amenities, supplies
- Foster an inclusive, creative and professional environment
- Handle invoicing and basic administration
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding service
You will have:
- Experience in hospitality, events, reception, administration or creative facilities
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Warm, professional communicator and team player
- Tech-savvy and confident with booking systems and AV equipment
- Flexible and proactive approach
