We’re looking for a Systems Improvement Specialist to join a Legal Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in their Nottingham office (hybrid working), this role is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by enhancing and championing our firmwide matter management system.
You’ll be a key member of our data improvement group, helping drive system enhancements, supporting user acceptance testing, and acting as a system champion across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
• Implementing system changes and improvements to boost performance and user experience.
• Supporting UAT and ensuring new features are fully functional before deployment.
• Acting as a go-to expert for system queries and training needs.
• Assisting with process documentation and training materials.
• Managing restricted access permissions in line with security protocols.
• Reporting on system engagement and making recommendations for improvements.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience with legal case/matter management systems or similar.
• Strong data quality and analysis skills.
• Experience in system testing is highly beneficial though candidates who may have been a Legal PA or Paralegal or Billing Assistant within a law firm will be considered.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• A proactive, resilient team player who can confidently advise on best practice.
