An exceptional international law firm based in a highly impressive city centre location are looking for a knowledgeable and switched-on Recruitment Administrator. With offices based internationally, this firm are an exceptional organisation and more specifically the team specialise in the recruitment of Fee Earners, Support Staff and Trainees across the regional offices. The responsibilities of the role are as follows:

·         Offer efficient administration surrounding all recruitment including processing applications

·         Response to speculative applications in a timely manner

·         Administering the offer and on-boarding process for all levels of roles across the business including set up on relevant HR databases

·         Managing online recruitment systems as well as the recruitment inbox

·         Updating the vacancy spreadsheet and processing vacancies in a prompt manner

·         Booking meeting rooms for meetings and interviews as well as liaison with candidates, external agencies and line managers

·         Ad hoc administrative support for the entire recruitment team

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

·         High attention to detail and pride in accurate work

·         Self-motivated and an excellent team player

·         Exceptional levels of communication skills both written and verbal

·         Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

·         Previous experience within a corporate recruitment environment
