Based in a vibrant Birmingham City Centre location, this position offers a dynamic mix of hospitality and front-of-house support. You’ll be responsible for delivering a 5-star service to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring a warm, professional, and seamless experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering outstanding service to clients and internal teams
  • Supporting the reception team and providing holiday cover when required
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls, ensuring they are directed appropriately
  • Handling enquiries from both clients and customers with a professional and welcoming approach
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and events to company standards
  • Liaising with external catering suppliers for corporate events
  • Assisting with general administration in a corporate setting
