Based in a vibrant Birmingham City Centre location, this position offers a dynamic mix of hospitality and front-of-house support. You’ll be responsible for delivering a 5-star service to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring a warm, professional, and seamless experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding service to clients and internal teams
- Supporting the reception team and providing holiday cover when required
- Managing inbound and outbound calls, ensuring they are directed appropriately
- Handling enquiries from both clients and customers with a professional and welcoming approach
- Coordinating meeting rooms and events to company standards
- Liaising with external catering suppliers for corporate events
- Assisting with general administration in a corporate setting
