Office Manager for Incredible Charity Organisation – 4 Month FTC (ID:2137)
An amazing
charity based in Birmingham city centre are looking for an engaging, proactive
individual to come on board as an Office Manager on a 4-month FTC! You will be
managing the office space and providing additional support with projects, events,
and fund-raising campaigns during your time in this role. This is an amazing
opportunity for someone looking to utilise their existing skill set and experience
in a busy, fast-paced environment, within an organisation doing some excellent
work to support others during such challenging times.
Some of your
day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Handling all initial
email and telephone enquiries, and maintain the general inbox
·
Managing CRM
systems and databases, extracting information to produce reports
·
Liaising with the
CEO and heads of departments to improve systems and protocols
·
Ensure health and
safety and GDPR guidelines and regulations are being met
·
Prepare risk
assessments, update policies and procedures and maintain the office space
·
Provide all-round
administrative support to the team, for which full training will be provided
Proactivity is essential
for this role, as the successful candidate must be able to balance their time
and workload efficiently working both with the team in the office, but also
from home. You must have strong administration and communication skills, and experience
in a similar role would be ideal.
This
role will be based in their city centre office 2 days a week and will allow for
remote working for the remaining 3 days in the week. This 4-month FTC will pay
the pro-rata equivalent to £27-30k annually.
