A national charity is seeking a forward thinking, intelligent and driven Office Manager on an initial 4 months FTC paying circa £27-30K. Working as part of a small, busy team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day function of the entire and will act as the primary point for all relevant supplier and client relationships. You will ideally have experienced within a similar role and be looking to add value to your next role. Your responsibilities will include:

·         Procurement, supplier, and compliance management in line with the needs of the business

·         Assistance and ownership of project management including implementation of new systems and delivery of training and information

·         Management and implementation of new CRM systems (utilising RaisersEdge software)

·         Facilities, insurance and maintenance coordination in order to ensure the smooth running of the office

·         Overseeing new IT systems and telephony system transfer

·         Overseeing all in-house and relevant external bookings as well as coordination of all relevant materials and equipment

This role is initially a 4 months FTC and the charity are keen for someone to commit to this role and such you must ideally be available to start for a handover early November. This business is looking for someone to fit in with their culture and therefore you must possess the gravitas to handle challenging and varied tasks daily.

You will be expected to work from the office for a minimum of 2 days a week and then working from home for the other 3 days a week. Ideally you will have experience working within a charity/ not for profit environment and have solid experience with CRM’s and facility management.
