The Role
We have an excellent position for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join a global law firm based in Birmingham City Centre on a hybrid basis, full time and permanent offering up to 32k dependant on experience.

Responsibilities
- Logistical management of learning and development offerings and administration processes
- Effectively co-ordinating development programmes, and scheduling of instructor led training sessions
- Collaborating with the team to utilise the systems in place
- Creating advertising for L+D offerings
- Regularly monitoring engagement levels of L+D
- Updating the firm’s intranet on the offerings that are currently live
- Drafting letters of engagement and contracts
- Processing invoices
- Updating spreadsheets and supporting the L+D managers
- Assist in the administration of face-to-face events
- Responsible for monitor the L+D inbox and dealing with queries

Experience
Previous experience in L+D is desirable, or administration coordination would also be ideal for the role.
