Are you an experienced recruiter looking to take the next step into an internal talent acquisition role within a large, friendly corporate environment? Look no further!
Our client, a well-respected organisation within the professional services sector, is seeking an initiative-taking and personable individual to join their in-house recruitment team. This hybrid role (1 day per week in the office) offers the opportunity to work for a company that truly puts its employees first.
In this fast-paced and rewarding position, you will play a key role in sourcing and securing top talent across a variety of campaigns and roles. Previous experience in HR or recruitment is preferred, but we are looking for someone with a cheerful outlook and a passion for people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, and the company website
  • Engage with past and current candidates to gather feedback and improve the hiring process.
  • Support the development of recruitment initiatives to boost candidate engagement.
  • Conduct ad-hoc recruitment tasks as required by the line manager.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience through friendly and professional communication.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring alignment with company values.
  • Undertake general administrative tasks including printing, filing, photocopying, and scanning.

Key Skills and Experience:
  • Driving licence preferable
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and legislation (desirable)
  • Understanding of GDPR guidelines
  • Friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Strong collaborator
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
