A leading national organisation based in the heart of Birmingham city centre are looking for an extremely professional and dynamic PA to come onboard as a temp, supporting 4 of their Directors! You will be working alongside existing support staff to provide consistently efficient PA and administrative support at a crucial time of year for the company. This is a temporary role looking for an immediate start, which will run from now till the end of the year.

 

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

 

·         Managing multiple diaries and arranging all travel and accommodation

·         Scheduling internal and external meetings, as well as visits around the country

·         Attending meetings and writing up minutes

·         Formatting and preparing documents and reports

·         Processing invoices and expenses

·         Undertaking any additional administrative responsibilities

 

Extremely strong organisational skills, proactivity, and the ability to prioritise your workload are essential qualities for this role, as well as close attention to detail on all matters. Previous experience supporting multiple individuals in professional services is ideal, but we are open to finding the right individual who can step into the role with relevant previous PA experience. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to get their foot in the door within a professional organisation, and you will be able to benefit from a flexible working scheme too, with the ability to work from home a couple of days each week!
