Commercial Services Executive – Leading Global Technology Provider (ID:1998)
A dynamic, family owned business based near Solihull are looking for a bright, engaging individual to join their team as a Commercial Services Executive! This role involves a lot of internal and external client engagement, CRM and database management and all-round administrative support to various departments within the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to develop within a leading global powerhouse in the logistics and technology sector! Whilst it is initially a 12-month temporary role, there is every opportunity for the right individual to progress and continue on within a permanent capacity following this first year!
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
- Managing client accounts, taking any initial telephone and email enquiries
- Liaising with clients them to resolve issues and escalate queries to the right departments in a timely manner
- Updating databases and systems with any new information or changes to their accounts or orders
- Utilising Excel to input and monitor data, as well as create spend reports
- Supporting the finance team with the allocation of payments and credit control
- Undertaking any additional administration duties
Confidence liaising with existing high-profile customers and clients is essential, as you must aim to provide a consistently excellent and efficient service to each individual. You must have strong organisation skills, pay keen attention to detail and be able to multi-task to successfully work on each element of your role! The desire to learn and be challenged with your work is also key, as you will be fully trained and supported with your development, so must be enthusiastic and engaged with the business and the team!
