I am looking for a driven individual to work for an exciting company within the technology and automotive sector. The role is customer service focused with a strong financial element. It is varied, fast-paced and full on so it is essential that you are adaptable and able to cope well with change on a day-to-day basis.
Role:
• Handling inbound calls
• Dealing effectively with complaints & providing solutions
• Speaking with clients & building relationships
• Handling financial data
• Credit control & chasing debtors
• Allocating payments
Ideal candidate:
• Experienced with Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solver
• Confident
• Great attention to detail
• Multi-tasker
Location: Coventry
Contract: Temp – Perm (initially 12-month maternity cover)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9-5
