A unique business based near Coventry is seeking a charismatic Client Services Executive to provide first-class customer support across a range of areas. You will be involved in strategic office support alongside proactive problem solving in relation to client cases and queries. If you enjoy investigating, speaking to people from all backgrounds and getting stuck into IT projects this may be the role for you! This role will initially be 12 months temp with the view to then going permanent paying £20-22K.

This varied position will primarily involve:

·         Responding to customer queries via phone and email, resolving any problems.

·         Reporting on customer resolutions and updating the systems.

·         Building relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers.

·         Handling accounts and processing payments.

·         Tracking orders and product progression.

·         Following compliance regulations and guidelines.

·         Ad hoc office administration and support on various projects.

The successful Client Services Executive will have previous customer service experience (ideally telephone-based) with good administration and IT skills.

This is a temp to perm position requiring ASAP start. Due to the location of the offices, access to your own vehicle will be necessary.
