A brilliant organisation in Birmingham is seeking an all-round Grad Level Administrator to assist with a variety of tasks in the office. As part of a friendly, inclusive and flexible working environment, you must be dedicated to your work and passionate about working for a charity.

 

This role is an initial 9 month FTC paying £17.5K and will be remote based until further notice.

 

The role of Administrator will be twofold. Firstly, you will be involved in wider office coordination:

 

·         Handling inbound calls from clients, taking messages and signposting to the relevant party

·         Diary management, booking clients appointments and coordinating meetings.

·         Taking notes at meetings and gathering materials as necessary.

·         Data administration and generation of client analysis and reports.

·         Assistance with marketing admin such as distribution of posters and leaflets.

·         Creating referral letters

 

Overall, you will be an all-rounder who is willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in! You must be willing to learn the ethos of the charity and understand what they stand for so you can act as a brand ambassador. Ideally you will have some office experience alongside a passion for working in the 3rd sector. The successful Administrator will be positive, proactive and intelligent but MUST be passionate about working for a charity with a delightful personality to match!

 

This role would suit a graduate with prior office based experience or previous charity voluntary experience.
