A brilliant role has arisen for a part time legal secretary to join a local law firm on a part time basis on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in Sheldon.
As the secretary you will join the conveyancing department at the Sheldon office. The duties for this role would require general administration such as scanning, filling, typing, archiving and answering telephone enquires and requests. You would also need to open new files, verify monies on accounts, support fee earners and type up documents up that would be dictated by fee earners.
There would also be document production element by amending and creating documents from standard templates. A high attention to detail and high degree of accuracy is imperative for this role alongside accurate typing skills and a positive attitude.
Experience as a legal secretary is essential for this role.
