A leading international firm in Birmingham city centre are looking for an experience HR professional to come onboard as a HR Systems Manager, supporting with the development of existing platforms, working with stakeholders to facilitate change within the organisation and generating additional reports and insights to accommodate future business requirements. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Within this role, you will work collaboratively to maintain the Oracle HCM system, so previous experience with Oracle is an extremely necessary requirement for this position. You will provide expert functional and technical input on systems across the department and develop HR reporting and analytics in-line with current changes to the organisation and in preparation for future business needs. Additionally, you will also support with the development of the existing HR team and the HR Reporting and Insights Analyst and liaise with external individuals to continually develop reporting methods and systems currently in place.

Previous experience as a HR Systems expert is essential for this role, and you must have worked with a range of systems to support the business needs of a professional services or legal organisation before. Strong analytical, IT and problem-solving skills are crucial, and you must be able to use your initiative to prioritise your workload and work effectively with others in the team. The ideal candidate will be business savvy and be able to work with the finance and resources provided to deliver efficient all-round business support!
