Hybrid, full-time permanent position based in the Black Country, offering up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience.

A fantastic opportunity to work for a boutique law firm as PA within their Property Department has just become available! Based in the Black Country, the successful applicant will work alongside other members of the Legal Services Team to provide outstanding support to fee earners across the Property teams.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Managing the teams’ inbox in an efficient and proactive manner
  • Coordinating both internal and external meetings; booking rooms and facilities, liaising with attendees, and preparing and collating agendas
  • Travel management including arranging hotels, flights and transfers
  • Overseeing the end-to-end billing process; managing high-volume transactions, creating standard bills and disbursements, raising credit notes and amending narratives
  • File production and management; archiving, opening and closing files, and overseeing document drafting and production
  • Providing general administrative support to the fee earners when required
Prospective applicants must have previous legal PA experience, ideally within property. Applicants must have excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, have an adaptable and flexible approach, and excel working as part of a team.
