Your role will be a busy and varied role and you will assist with travel arrangements, expenses, booking meeting rooms for guests and catering, investigate and solve potential problems and the organisation of meetings. You will also be preparing new starters with equipment, managing office supplies, and arranging post duties such as couriers/special deliveries. You would also assist with any supervision of external contractors and support with health and safety.

You would also need to be confident on the phone, emails, telephone conversations and document typing such as letters and faxes when necessary.
