Hybrid, full-time permanent role based in Birmingham city centre, offering up to £36,000 per annum depending on experience.

Are you a corporate PA looking for your next opportunity? Would you like to work for a boutique, London-style firm, supporting at board level? Then this could be the role for you! Based in Birmingham city centre, the successful applicant will support two corporate directors; helping to enable them to develop the growth and success of the business.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Being the Directors’ first port-of-call; organising internal and external communications, managing and reviewing meetings and taking minutes to action
  • Administrative duties including diary and inbox management, arranging travel and scheduling meetings, both internal and external
  • Document management; preparing and collating documents, correspondence and reports in a highly accurate and timely manner
  • Championing the brand and acting as an ambassador for the company
  • Processing expenses and managing subscriptions
  • Other administrative and support duties when required
Prospective applicants must have previous experience providing PA support within corporate or professional services. Applicants must have excellent communication, organisation and management skills; being able to work autonomously and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
