The successful candidate will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will work collaboratively with the secretarial team to provide first class support. Your duties could include but are not limited to;

- Providing support to the fee earners

- Arranging complex travel bookings

- Mentoring less experienced members of the team

- Building rapport with stakeholders

- Ensuring accurate use of finance management systems

- Coordinating meetings both internally and externally

- Assisting fee earners with organising for meetings

- Utilising document production to create first draft documents

- Completing reports

You will have solid PA experience, experience delegating and training less experienced team members, be exceptionally organised and have top communication skills. If this sounds like you, please apply online today!
