Full-Time, Permanent Position in Birmingham City Centre.
A successful, national firm is looking to hire an excellent new member to their team, as a Court of Protection Case Worker. This role shall involve the successful candidate supporting individuals who are unable to make decisions for themselves regarding their personal health, finance or welfare. The successful candidate will need to provide support to these individuals in a compassionate and caring manner.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this shall include:
Setting, maintaining and monitoring household and personal budgets for clients.
Paying bills and invoices.
Liaising and communicating with external parties such as contractors, therapists and care staff.
Keeping record of the specific needs of individuals .
Preparing reports.
Balancing accounts.
Responding to emergency situations and resolving them in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
Solid experience with private client legal work or managing household budgets overseeing investments, managing properties and arranging work to be undertaken.
Excellent IT skills, including the use and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams.
Solid project management skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
This role shall lend itself well to someone who has acted or volunteered as a charity or church treasurer, bank cashier or similar.
