Full-time, Permanent Position in Birmingham City Centre.
A successful, professional service firm is looking for legal administrator to join their team and provide essential support multiple members of their existing team, this will involve complete administrative support to partners, fee earners and paralegals. The successful candidate will need to have excellent IT skills, amongst other key attributes.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Working as an essential part of the fee earner support team.
Providing excellent customer service skills to clients.
Opening, closing and managing files.
Assisting in both internal and external meetings.
Producing documents to a high standard.
Liaising with external bodies to acquire documents.
Filing of deeds, correspondence and other documentation.
Scanning, photocopying and printing.
General Administrative duties such as assisting with incoming and outgoing post.
Covering reception when needed.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.
A proactive approach to work.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Solid previous experience in a similar or same role
Previous experience in the legal sector is preferred.
