A professional, yet creative, business with slick offices, based in Birmingham are seeking a innovative, collaborative HR Assistant, on a full time, Permanent basis. If you have previous administrative experience preferably within a HR setting, and a proactive approach to work, then this may be the role for you!

You will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will predominantly be providing support to the wider HR team. Your responsibilities could include but are not limited to;

- Preparing documents for new joiners, leavers, promotions, title changes
- Issuing contracts
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Obtaining references
- Issuing contracts
- Monitoring the HR inbox
- Collating job descriptions and managing job postings

The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience, preferably within HR, and be a collaborative, detail orientated individual, being CIPD level 3 qualified is beneficial for this role but not essential. If this sounds like you, please apply online today!
