Full-time, Permanent Position in Birmingham City Centre.

A successful, national organisation is looking for a highly professional and capable individual to join their Birmingham team as Studio Co-ordinator, taking on a variety of tasks and roles, in order to support a variety of individuals as part of a team. The successful candidate will need to have a proven history of excellent organisational and communications skills, both written and oral for this role.

This role shall include a blend of Management and Administration, ensuring projects and teams run smoothly, some of the primary responsibilities and duties of this role include:
Managing incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensuring good quality standards are maintained at all times within your area, including liaising with external contractors, landlords and tradesmen.
Creating, organising and managing meetings and bookings.
Meeting and greeting visitors, acting as a first of point of contact for the organisation.
Raising project numbers and setting up folders.
Booking travel and accommodation arrangements.
Manage low level HR administrative tasks, such as: onboarding, updating protocols & overviewing employee holiday bookings.
Supporting other departments, providing data and your own knowledge to enable them to produce internal communications.
Supporting directors and senior management in monthly reviews and general tasks.
Typing and formatting correspondence such as letters, memos, minutes and reports.

The successful candidate will poses the following skills and attributes:
Approachable and friendly demeanour.
Excellent organisational skills
Attention to detail oriented
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks at once.
Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
