Remote, Full-time, Permanent Position in Birmingham City Centre.
An exciting and diverse law firm is looking for a highly capable and professional document production specialist to join their team. This role will require an individual with solid previous experience with document production. The successful candidate will be remotely working within a supportive team, to ensure and maintain an excellent standard of work. Due to this role being 4pm until midnight, the successful candidate will need to be comfortable working these hours.

The key duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Creating, formatting and maintaining presentations, posters and other branding related documents.
Supporting the team with the transcription of legal documents, this can be from recorded audio notes and other digitally dictated audio.
Creating and amending legal documents, following the firm’s styles, using Microsoft products such as Word.
Reformatting lengthy and complex documents, comparing and converting to different formats.
Working to tight deadlines in a high volume production environment.
Following set processes and conforming to high quality business standards.

The Successful candidate will poses the following skills and attributes:
Solid experience with document production, word processing or secretarial work.
Excellent Adobe and/ or Microsoft Office product skills, such as being highly proficient in Word and Excel.
Previous experience working within a busy corporate or legal environment is preferred.
A suitable environment that allows work to be done at home, all work equipment will be provided.
Has an eye on detail, ensuring all documents are correct and feature no small mistakes.
Methodical approach, process driven and enjoys solving problems.
Can demonstrate high levels of confidentiality
