You will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will provide the CEO with support in all aspects, to enable them to work strategically. Your duties could include but are not limited to;

- Diary Management, travel Arrangements

- Report and letter writing to a high quality on behalf of the CEO in their absence

- Dealing with urgent matters efficiently

- Minute taking

- Undertaking research, producing summaries, presentations and briefings

- Managing working relationships with both internal staff and external stakeholders

- Maintain filing systems effectively

The successful candidate will have solid previous PA experience, preferably within the charity or public sector, be skilled at maintaining confidentiality and be an inquisitive, assertive individual. If this sounds like you, please apply online today!
