An international law firm is hiring for an Learning and Development Officer to work in their Birmingham City Centre office! This is a full time, permanent role, with a salary of £32,000 to £38,000 dependant on experience.

Working within the HR department alongside a close knit team of four other Learning and Development Officers, you will deliver first class development programmes to the fee-earners and business support staff within the award winning firm.

This is a varied role which will include duties such as delivering training sessions and development initiatives, running compliance training, liaising with other areas of the firm on development training, driving L&D innovation throughout the firm, assessing needs for development where necessary, supporting qualifications for the internal staff, attending training committees and any other ad-hoc duties necessary.

You will need a passion for leaning and development, project management skills, excellent communication, a team player, an ability to multitask and prioritise work, strong attention to detail and great communication skills.

Previous experience in a similar legal role, or professional services experience is desirable but not essential. Regular travel to London and occasional travel to Manchester and Exeter is also required.
