A close knit, family run Property Business based in Moseley, Birmingham is currently seeking a confident, autonomous and detail oriented Senior Administrator to provide wider Property admin and PA support to the senior manager. Working directly alongside the owner of the business, the successful candidate will work autonomously in ensuring the business operations smoothly alongside providing support to the companies clients. Based in Moseley, Birmingham, this is a small office of just this person and the owner with parking on site and is a varied and busy role! This is a full time, permanent role which is fully office based role, Monday to Friday.

Day to day duties may include:
• Managing the central inbox
• Responding to client queries and helping where needed
• Processing invoices and expenses
• Paying bills
• Managing the property portfolio
• Responding to property maintance queries
• Negotiating on costs with contractors
• General administration tasks
• PA support

This is a busy and varied role, perfect for someone with solid administrative experience, keen to work within a close knit and family feel environment. You must have worked within a corporate environment and ideally worked within a small team before. You must have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and great communication skills. You must be happy to go to their offices in Moseley, Birmingham Monday to Friday.
