The successful candidate will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will be the first point of contact for any incoming enquiries and ensure smooth running of the office. Your duties could include but are not limited to;

- Diary management

- Dealing with incoming calls, preparing letters and emails

- Liaising to organise maintenance work as well as liaising with suppliers

- Photocopying, scanning, filing

- Booking property viewings

- Registering guarantees

- Ordering items when required

- Setting up utilities for properties

- Logging issues within the CRM, use of property management and accounting software, as well as keeping spreadsheets up to date

You will have solid secretarial experience, be exceptionally organised, have a keen eye for detail and a proven record for managing several varied duties at a time. If this sounds like you, please apply online today!
