You will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will work as part of the practice group support team, providing support to an allocated group of stakeholders. Your duties could include but are not limited to;

- Diary and travel management

- Organising and planning meetings

- Managing workflow, delegating transactional activity

- Dealing with and screening calls

- Paper and electronic filing

- Preparing and submitting expenses

- Financial administrative support

- Managing the end to end file management process

- Marketing and business development

- Coordinating and organising events

The successful candidate will have solid previous PA experience, preferably within legal or property, as well as excellent communication, organisation and problem solving skills. If this sounds like you, please apply online today!
